FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to orders over $95 within the Continental U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
• Free Shipping policy is valid only on Nutritional Suplements.
• For additional items on the same order, e.g. foods, skincare, etc. up to 2 lbs will be included with free shipping. Weight exceeding 2 lbs will be charged a S&H charge.

STANDARD SHIPPING

• $5.95 Flat Fee on orders under $95 (Excluding Hawaii Alaska and Puerto Rico).

• 1-6 Business Days
• Monday - Friday delivery
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico excluded
• Orders placed on a weekend (Friday after 1:00 PM EST) will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
• Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

NEXT DAY & 2ND DAY SHIPPING

• All UPS next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday by 1:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card verification.
• All UPS 2-day orders will be delivered in two business days. If an order is placed on Friday by 1:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Tuesday, pending credit card verification.
• Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
• Any back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately at no extra charge via standard shipping when they become available.

FPO, APO and P.O. BOXES

• Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• At this time, all international orders are shipped via UPS and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other UPS shipping options.)
• Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
• All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate.
• We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
• Ratio Health strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

BACK-ORDERDER ITEMS
All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
As an additional service to our customers and to help you find the right products for all of your needs, we are pleased to offer special order items. These items are not typically stocked in one of our warehouses and are only ordered when requested by a customer. Also, since we only order these products when they are requested, additional time will be needed for processing and shipping. These items will usually ship to the customer within 7-10 days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Ratiohealth.com will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's web site so you can track your shipment. We can help track the status of an order. Please e-mail us at: cus@ratiohealth.com.

CREDIT CARD
Ratiohealth.com will not charge a credit card for any items backordered until it has been shipped.
