• You may return any item purchased from Ratohealth.com for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.
• For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase.

• You will receive a full credit/refund for unopened items in the original form of payment. All items to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items
• For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Ratiohealth.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
• Please allow 3-7 business days from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Any product which proves to be defective within 3 days of delivery may be returned for replacement with identical product without incurring any additional charges. Ratiohealth.com will cover the cost of shipping the replacement items to the customer. Items that arrives damaged requires special attention.
